Partial demolition of a 1950’s bungalow to create a modern extended and renovated dormer bungalow for a private customer.

The original bungalow was in need of extensive work and our client wanted to take advantage of the position overlooking Walmley Golf Course and the views into New Hall Valley. The existing spaces also needed re-arranging to bring them up to modern day living styles with the introduction of open plan areas,  bedrooms with en suites and modern shapes that offer plenty of light.

Full Two-Storey Property

The result is a modern dormer bungalow at the front and a full 2-storey property at the rear with extensive glazing, vaulted ceilings, a full size balcony, open plan living areas on the ground and first floors as well as all of the usual refinements like en suites and dressing rooms to bedrooms, a games room and a home office space.
