Before and after photographs of a new property in Kings Bromley.
The brief was to create a house of two halves, traditional at the front as it was in a conservation area but modern at the rear, as a request by the client.
The original property dating from the 1950-60’s was run down and in need of extensive refurbishment, the cost of which was to prove to be prohibitive and therefore the decision was made to demolish the existing house in order to take advantage of the zero rated VAT for new residential buildings.
The New House was built by one of our recommended contractors Southbank Building & Development Ltd.
